Cancellation Policy

(1) Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, the last partial delivery, or the last item. Whether a product is pre-produced or custom-made can be found in the product description.

Custom-made products are generally excluded from exchange unless they contain an unacceptable defect.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email within 1-5 working days.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

(2) Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and no later than 30 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than three days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the three-day period.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
